Warranty

 TWO-YEAR WARRANTY

We guarantee your TIMING watch against malfunctions and manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only the hands, dial, and watch movement. If the watch is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please note that a return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty services (see Warranty application terms and conditions under the "Terms & Conditions" page).

The following are not covered by the warranty:

Normal wear and tear (including case, crystal, and strap)

Issues arising from lack of care, improper handling, accidents, or abnormal use

Work carried out on the watch by anyone other than an authorized TIMING WATCH Repair Centre

Water damage due to failure to follow the recommended water-resistant service

Indirect or consequential damage resulting from defects, inaccuracies, or inoperability of the watch
